[Summer 2025] Event Marketing - Intern

The Marketing team is looking for an Event Marketing Intern to join our team to partner on developing strategies and programming for live demos alongside our event production vendor. You will provide partners with an immersive experience through an executive briefing center, exposing them to the innovation and culture of Roblox. You will report to the Director of Events Marketing.

You Will:

Create an end-to-end execution plan for proposed strategies and programs, creating and implementing timelines.
Develop a project from concept to realization while taking input from important collaborators.
Collaborate with multiple departments on ongoing projects and campaigns that inspire meaningful connections.
Collaborate with external partners to create immersive experiences
Measure the success and report back on the return of efforts.

You Have:

Required: You are pursuing an undergraduate/graduate degree in Marketing or a related field. Internship eligibility is dependent on students returning to school for at least one semester after the internship.
Passion about managing tasks and projects, while conveying ideas through speech and writing.
Experience working in events, tech event experience preferred.
Excitement to build relationships and networks.

Duration: 12 weeks

The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of job-related factors such as professional background, training, work experience, location, business needs and market demand. Therefore, in some circumstances, the actual hourly rate could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. Please note that not all benefits shown below are applicable to internship opportunities.

Hourly Pay Range

$34—$34 USD

Roles that are based in our San Mateo, CA Headquarters are in-office Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday, with optional in-office on Monday and Friday (unless otherwise noted).
